Dress code for the Tuesday evening employee social hour is casual. 

Dress code for our the 2026 All-Employee Meeting on Monday is business casual.

While we'd love to meet your spouses and partners too, both events are for Healthcare Highways employees only.

Our employees living more than 50+ miles from our meeting location are eligible for reimbursement for travel expenses. We will follow our travel policy which will be attached in a follow-up email sent to your inbox. Please follow these guidelines while planning your travel:

• If you are an employee traveling in for our annual meeting, please arrive by 3:00 p.m. on Tuesday, June 24th. Our employee social hour begins at 5:30 p.m. Nonexempt employees will not need to clock in or out while they are in town. Employees attending these events will be clocked in for 9 hours each day that they are in Frisco, plus any overlapping travel time that falls outside of office hours. Please contact Wynne Lebron following the events if you travelled outside the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.

Just yourself! We will provide notepads, pens, water, coffee, and lunch. Laptops and cell phones should not be in use during our meeting time, but you are welcome to step out to make a phone call if needed.

Feel free to bring your own coffee and water bottle if you would like.

Absolutely! Lunch will be served. Please let us know of any dietary restrictions in the registration form.
