Chris Wilson is the president and chief revenue officer (CRO) of Healthcare Highways, where he leads the company’s sales and marketing efforts and oversees the development and management of provider network services. Chris brings over 30 years of experience in healthcare benefits, with deep expertise across payor, consulting, and stop-loss services.
Before joining Healthcare Highways, Chris gained valuable industry experience through various leadership roles, including working with one of the oldest independent third-party administrators (TPA) and co-founding a captive insurance agency that distributed both fully insured and self-funded products. His success in these ventures led to the establishment of CJW Associates, LLC, a brokerage firm that was later acquired by Arthur J. Gallagher Co, parent company of Gallagher Benefit Services.
Chris has also been integral to the success of several startup benefits companies, equipping him with critical insights into the complexities of building profitable, sustainable businesses in the healthcare industry. His wealth of experience continues to drive Healthcare Highways’ growth, innovation, and client partnerships.
