Alan Scoggins is Healthcare Highways' chief operating officer (COO), bringing over 35 years of experience in healthcare, finance, and operations management. Alan served as president of Healthcare Highways for more than ten years, where he played a crucial role in shaping the company’s growth, stability, and strategic direction.
Before joining Healthcare Highways, Alan held key leadership positions, including Vice President of Government Products and Services at Multiplan, and Vice President of Sales and Account Management for Viant Health Payment Solutions. He also spent a decade as President of Texas TrueChoice, further showcasing his expertise in guiding companies within the healthcare industry.
Alan’s tenure at Healthcare Highways has been marked by his leadership in developing multi-state provider network solutions, successfully managing joint ventures, and driving operational efficiency—all of which continue to support the organization’s success.
